About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end UX design: From discovery and concept through to polished, production-ready interfaces
Build and evolve our design system and component library, establishing consistent standards that scale as the product grows
Run user research, usability testing and stakeholder interviews to ground design decisions in real insight
Partner with Client Success Managers to translate client feedback and business requirements into user-centred design solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience of UX/product design experience, ideally within a SaaS or digital product environment
A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, strong visual craft and a clear design process - not just polished deliverables
Strong communication skills and the confidence to present and defend your design decisions to varied audiences, including clients
The ability to work independently, managing and communicating your workload effectively
A genuine curiosity about users, problems and systems
