About the role
- Act as the primary HR contact for international teams and support generalist functions such as employee relations, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and culture initiatives.
- Lead and support special HR projects, business restructures, and workforce planning.
- Partner with leadership to provide HR guidance, performance management support, and policy interpretation.
- Analyze HR data to develop solutions and improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance through thorough investigations and collaboration with HR leadership.
- Support training, coaching, and development initiatives, including monitoring program success.
- Develop and implement contract terms for hires, promotions, and employee changes.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Execute tasks and guidance related to business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience HR. Exposure working with international teams is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an HRBP and experience with workforce planning.
- Experience in a high growth scaling tech company; healthcare tech is a plus.
- HR certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI).
- Solid understanding of HR disciplines, employment law, and employee relations.
- Strong communicator, project manager, and problem solver.
- Comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, HRIS, Apple Computers).
