About the role
- OpenLoop is looking for a Creative Lead, Advertising to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the advertising growth of our brand and the brands of our partners. In the age of AI, advertising is increasingly about rapidly building and testing great creative content.
- Create 25+ pieces of creative per week, primarily for Meta ads, Snap, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Create video ads (promotional and UGC) and image ads for advertising programs.
- Leverage AI to expedite creative production and iteration.
- Dive deep into the data with our performance marketing team to analyze results and adjust the creative focus accordingly.
- Conduct research into specific user personas to find the root of what motivates and drives them.
- Build design systems that are responsive and iterative. We’re shipping in a day, not weeks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience with at least 3 years focused on advertising, preferably in high volume B2B SMB or B2C environments.
- 5+ years video editing experience with a preference for UGC
- Proven experience analyzing conversion data to drive the hypothesis for the next round of ads. You need to tell us what to design next - not wait for the next creative brief.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization in high volume environments is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills. You’ll be interfacing with numerous stakeholders and be a critical piece of strategic projects for the company in our rapid stage of growth. A strong ability to articulate thoughts and feedback clearly is a must.
- Ability to work independently and be comfortable “creating the path” rather than walking it.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing organization is highly preferred.
- Experience with high volume, transactional eComm design is a big plus.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related marketing strategies highly preferred.
