• Own end‑to‑end delivery for 2–3 concurrent programs from scoping through rollout and sustainment.

Technical Program Manager – Acquisition Integration

Engineering Manager

• Own the strategy and maturity roadmap for corporate security engineering, including baseline configuration standards, vulnerability management oversight, SaaS security governance, and automation priorities.
• Lead and develop the Vulnerability Management Specialist and System Security Engineers through coaching, structured feedback, and clear technical ownership boundaries.
• Strengthen configuration enforcement, reduce security drift, and improve automation across endpoints, SaaS platforms, browsers, identity systems, and enterprise tooling.
• Partner with Security Operations, IT, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure corporate systems and commercial infrastructure are deployed securely and remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Establish structured workflows for baseline reviews, configuration drift monitoring, vulnerability remediation oversight, and POA&M tracking.

Corporate Security Engineering Manager

Security Operations

• Own the strategy and maturity roadmap for corporate monitoring, detection engineering, and operational security metrics. Define logging standards, detection coverage expectations, and measurable performance indicators for the team.
• Lead and develop Corporate Security Operations Analysts and the Corporate Threat Hunter & Detection Analyst through coaching, clear performance expectations, and structured feedback. Remove blockers, improve workflows, and ensure the team is focused on high-impact work.
• Continuously improve alert quality, detection coverage, triage workflows, and operational automation. Reduce false positives, strengthen telemetry visibility across corporate SaaS and infrastructure, and ensure monitoring outputs are accurate and defensible.
• Partner with Security Engineering, IT, Compliance, and leadership to ensure monitoring supports configuration baselines, vulnerability management efforts, and regulatory commitments. Provide clear, actionable insight during investigations and ongoing risk discussions.
• Establish consistent operational rhythms for reporting, detection reviews, and after-action analysis. Maintain structured documentation, metric reporting, and continuous improvement processes that strengthen operational maturity over time.

Corporate Security Operations Manager

Compliance

• Lead and support the full NIST RMF lifecycle for Onebrief deployments, on-prem or cloud-native, across multiple security boundaries
• Maintain, and review authorization packages, including SSPs, SAPs, SARs, POA&Ms, STIGs, and supporting artifacts
• Coordinate internal assessments and readiness checks ahead of external audits
• Partner with Engineers, Product teams, and Security leadership to integrate compliance requirements into system design and operations
