• Own the People partnership for assigned teams, advising leaders and managers on the people, team, and organizational needs required to build healthy, high-performing teams.
• Build a deep understanding of the teams you support, including their priorities, operating rhythms, team dynamics, and execution challenges, and translate that context into practical people strategies.
• Provide coaching on org design, team health, performance, communication, manager effectiveness, and change management, including through re-orgs and structural shifts.

People Business Partner

Engineer

• Define and drive the technical vision and architecture of AtomEngine, ensuring the platform can support current and future simulation, AI, and modeling requirements.
• Lead the design and evolution of core engine systems, frameworks, and developer tooling, establishing patterns that enable multiple teams to build effectively on the platform.
• Own architectural decisions spanning engine runtime, editor tooling, performance infrastructure, and platform scalability.
• Identify and drive high-leverage investments that improve performance, reliability, maintainability, and developer productivity across the engine ecosystem.
• Lead complex technical initiatives that span multiple teams, aligning stakeholders and driving execution from concept through delivery.
• Partner with simulation, AI, platform, and product engineering teams to ensure engine capabilities effectively support higher-level systems and organizational priorities.
• Establish and champion engineering standards, architectural principles, and development best practices across the engine codebase.
• Serve as a technical mentor and force multiplier for other engineers through design reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify technical risks, architectural bottlenecks, and scaling challenges, developing pragmatic strategies to address them before they become constraints.
• Balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term platform strategy, making thoughtful tradeoffs that maximize both engineering velocity and system health.

Staff Game Engine Engineer

IT Support

• Own onboarding and offboarding operations: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, access management, hardware deployment, recovery, and documentation updates.
• Manage the hardware lifecycle: Track, maintain, deploy, recover, and replace company hardware while ensuring asset records remain accurate and up to date.
• Tier 1 IT support: Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting user issues across devices, applications, accounts, and collaboration tools. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when appropriate.
• Documentation ownership: Create, maintain, and improve IT how-to guides, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and internal support documentation.
• Application access and activity audits: Assist with periodic reviews of user access, application activity, and access recertification efforts to support security and compliance requirements.
• Legal hold process support: Act as a point of contact for legal hold processes, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure devices, accounts, and data are preserved according to company procedures.
• Expense and procurement administration: Process and reconcile IT-related receipts and purchases through Brex while maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
• Support Jira administration: Assist with Jira configuration changes, user requests, workflow updates, and ongoing platform maintenance.
• IT communications: Draft and distribute end-user communications regarding IT changes, outages, maintenance activities, new tools, and process updates.

• Lead, mentor, and grow the team of Platform Engineers by providing direction, removing blockers, and empowering them to own core platform infrastructure and tooling.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure the platform supports secure, reliable, high-velocity delivery into cloud-native and air-gapped environments.
• Drive standards and frameworks for Infrastructure as Code, service onboarding, environment management, GitOps workflows, and overall platform releases.
• Ensure observability, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of the platform; continuously monitor and improve service health, developer feedback, and performance metrics.

• Help evolve Onebrief’s design system, ensuring component durability, performance, and accessibility across verticals. Includes contributions in both Figma and code.
• Extend the system’s tokens, components, and interaction patterns for consistency without slowing delivery.

Technical Customer Success

• Deploy AtomEngine into live military training environments, including classified and air-gapped systems
• Work directly onsite with various customers, embedded with customers to learn their needs and iterate alongside them.
• Write code to develop capability at the edge, prototyping and implementing new AtomEngine features that help customers achieve their goals via both the Mod Kit and source control branches.
• Partner with the core product & engineering teams to learn the code base and drive changes back to the mainline.
• Configure and adapt entities, behaviors, and operational scenarios to reflect real-world requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during high-visibility exercises, sometimes in front of large audiences

• Design, build, and operate scheduled and event-driven data pipelines for simulation outputs, telemetry, logs, dashboards, and scenario metadata.
• Build and operate data storage systems (structured and semi-structured) optimized for scale, versioning, and replay.
• Support analytics, reporting, and ML workflows by exposing clean, well-documented datasets and APIs.
• Enable scenario comparison, lineage, and traceability across time, versions, and parameter sets.
• Work with engineers to define data contracts and schemas between the simulation environment and downstream systems.
• Monitor and improve data reliability, performance, and availability.
