• Кризові комунікації: Розробка планів реагування та безпосереднє лідування роботи агенцій у разі виникнення репутаційних ризиків.
• Крос-функціональна співпраця: Тісна робота з бренд-менеджерами для синхронізації PR/SMM активностей із загальною стратегією маркетинг.
