About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, execute, and optimize the yearly Integrated Marketing Plan and budget for your designated B2B portfolio, translating business goals into high-impact marketing strategies.
- Own the entire B2B communication mix—including PR, content marketing, corporate social media, large-scale industry events, webinars, and high-impact sales enablement tools.
- Partner closely with Product, Data, and Sales teams to build value propositions and execute launch strategies for new high-tech features and product ecosystems.
- Drive market authority by positioning our senior executives and subject matter experts as key opinion leaders across major industry media, social platforms, and public forums.
- Navigate a matrix environment by orchestrating campaigns alongside dedicated in-house specialized teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, SEO) and top-tier external creative agencies.
- Continuously monitor and report campaign efficiency to Senior Executive Leadership using key metrics such as Brand Equity, CPV, and customer loyalty/satisfaction KPIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of proven track record in B2B marketing management or communications.
- Fluency in both Polish (for external market-facing strategy) and English (for daily internal collaboration within our international European teams).
- Proactive, dynamic, and highly autonomous approach. You prefer building entirely new solutions from scratch over merely optimizing legacy processes.
- A metrics-driven marketing mind that excels at turning complex market research and user data into actionable, high-performing creative campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the confidence to pitch strategies, handle ambiguity, and manage expectations at the Senior Exec Leadership level.
- Readiness for occasional domestic travel for industry events, client meetings, marketing productions, and regular syncs at our Poznań office.
