About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring a close and trusted relationship.
- Develop growth plans for each account, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new campaign acquisition opportunities.
- Sell digital advertising solutions across the OLX ecosystem (OLX, Standvirtual, and Imovirtual), aligning them with clients' marketing objectives.
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations supported by data and insights.
- Negotiate commercial terms and oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Work closely with Ad Operations, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure campaign implementation and optimization.
- Monitor trends in the digital advertising market, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure reliable revenue forecasts.
- Contribute to the sustainable growth of the Advertising area, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or client management roles within the digital advertising market.
- Experience managing advertisers, media agencies, or large accounts.
- Knowledge of the Digital Advertising ecosystem, including Display, Native, Video, Programmatic, or Retail Media formats.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Consultative, client-focused profile with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- High level of organization, priority management, and autonomy.
- Strong commercial orientation and track record of meeting KPIs.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
