Solutions Engineer

• Run technical discovery calls to uncover a prospect's identity stack, including on-prem, cloud, SaaS, and homegrown app coverage gaps
• Deliver tailored, high-impact product demos showing how Oak's identity graph unifies access reviews, JIT requests, and lifecycle management for humans, NHIs, and AI agents
• Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) with prospects
• Own technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires
• Partner with Account Executives to build the technical strategy for each opportunity and troubleshoot deal blockers
• Feed prospect and customer technical feedback back to Product and Engineering to sharpen Oak's roadmap

• Own a product domain end-to-end within Oak's platform
• Lead structured discovery: conduct customer interviews and engage with industry analysts
• Map the competitive landscape across identity governance and adjacent security tooling

• Own the end-to-end design of the Oak platform, from early problem framing to shipped, production-quality UI.
• Conduct user research — interviews, usability testing, and discovery — with security and IAM practitioners to ground decisions in real user needs.
• Untangle complex, technical identity workflows and translate them into clear, usable interfaces.
• Design for an AI-native product, shaping how users interact with AI-driven intelligence and autonomous workflows.
• Build and evolve Oak's design system as the foundation for a platform being created from scratch.
• Move fast and deliver — ship quickly, iterate often, and keep momentum in a high-velocity environment.
• Integrate AI into your own design process to work faster and explore more.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.

Senior Product Designer

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from cold prospecting and structured discovery through high-stakes demos, commercial negotiations, and close — with no handoffs as an excuse to disengage.
• Identify, prioritize, and penetrate Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, navigating complex organizational structures to reach and influence the security, IAM, and IT stakeholders who control identity programs.
• Apply MEDDIC rigorously across every active opportunity to drive forecast accuracy, expose risk early, and maintain consistently high win rates in competitive deals.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot — your hygiene standards will be the foundation as Oak scales from founder-led sales into a repeatable, process-driven revenue motion.
• Partner directly with Oak's Tel Aviv product team to surface pattern-matched feedback from the field — translating what CISOs, IAM leads, and architects are telling you about identity attack surface, NHI risks, and access governance gaps into input that shapes the roadmap.
• Act as a credible domain presence in conversations about IGA, identity lifecycle, and AI agent proliferation — buyers need to trust that you understand their environment before they'll open the door to Oak's IVIP.
