About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a product domain end-to-end within Oak's platform
- Lead structured discovery: conduct customer interviews and engage with industry analysts
- Map the competitive landscape across identity governance and adjacent security tooling
- Translate discovery into a clear product strategy and roadmap
- Partner closely with R&D throughout the full build cycle

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity
- Technically fluent enough to work shoulder-to-shoulder with R&D
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Comfortable owning the full product lifecycle
- Confident, polished communicator in English
- Able to hold ambiguity and make principled trade-offs
- Prior hands-on experience with identity workflows, JIT access, or Non-Human Identities (NHIs)
