About the role

  • Own end-to-end ABM strategy, from platform setup to campaign execution
  • Lead the setup and optimization of a new AI-driven ABM platform
  • Design and execute end-to-end ABM strategies aligned with company goals
  • Launch personalized, multi-channel campaigns to target enterprise accounts
  • Craft account-specific messaging and value propositions for multiple stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive pipeline growth
  • Segment and prioritize accounts based on ICP and data insights
  • Measure and report on campaign engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Continuously optimize campaigns with A/B testing, personalization, and data insights
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce tailored assets (case studies, playbooks)
  • Stay current on ABM technology, AI-driven personalization, and industry trends
  • Objectives: drive engagement with FSI executives, accelerate Lead→MQL conversions, and generate measurable pipeline impact
  • KPIs: launch ~8 multi-channel ABM campaigns per quarter; achieve +30% engagement uplift; influence 5 opportunities per quarter with pipeline attribution

Requirements

  • 3–5 years B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in ABM-focused roles
  • Mastery of ABM methodology, tools, and campaign orchestration
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting skills
  • Exceptional ability to craft tailored value propositions
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and AI optimization
  • Knowledge of multi-channel campaign execution (email, LinkedIn, events, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data tools, and CRM/automation integrations
  • Experience aligning ABM with sales and marketing for measurable pipeline impact
  • Success managing campaigns for complex sales cycles and high-value accounts
  • Preferred: prior ABM experience in Financial Services Industry (FSI)
  • English language competency (application requires English level selection)
  • Willingness/ability to start full-time remote work within 2–3 weeks (application question)
