Outbound Lead Generation Develop and manage outbound email programs that generate qualified pipeline. Use data and AI-driven insights to optimize targeting, personalization, and messaging. Continuously analyze performance and refine campaigns for better conversion.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales to design and execute ABM programs for new and existing accounts. Create campaigns that drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities. Leverage AI tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized experiences at scale.
Webinars & Digital Programs Plan and execute webinars that engage prospects and customers. Partner with internal experts to develop compelling, relevant content. Report on engagement, conversion, and contribution to pipeline.
Customer Marketing Build and manage customer user groups and forums to foster advocacy and retention. Partner with Customer Success to deliver programs that increase satisfaction and lifetime value. Develop case studies, testimonials, and stories that amplify customer impact.
AI-First Marketing Mindset Champion the use of AI and automation across campaigns for targeting, personalization, and analytics. Pilot new tools and approaches to stay ahead of industry trends and drive efficiency.
Requirements
5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS, technology, or government-focused sectors.
Demonstrated success driving demand generation programs across conferences, outbound campaigns, ABM, and webinars.
Experience with government buyers, procurement processes, or public sector stakeholders (preferred but not required).
Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to achieve revenue outcomes.
Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems.
Data-driven approach, with experience using AI-driven marketing tools for targeting, personalization, and performance optimization.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
