About the role

  • Own the full new-logo sales cycle end-to-end—build pipeline, run discovery and negotiation, and close scalable ARR
  • Generate new ARR by signing new customers with the highest possible ACV and ensure smooth handover to Account Managers
  • Run outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, social selling) and collaborate with SDRs to build pipeline
  • Manage a full 360º sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
  • Visit high-potential prospects (>$30k ARR) on-site to increase conversion rates and strengthen relationships
  • Keep a clean and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot for accurate forecasting and reporting; log all deals with next steps
  • Work closely with AMs, SDRs, Marketing, Supplier Sales, and Operations to deliver consistent customer experience
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the auditing industry and the value Qualifyze provides
  • Meet KPIs: maintain pipeline at least 3x target, submit accurate monthly forecasts, and sustain outreach levels (~250 activities/week)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as an AE or similar, with a track record of closing new business
  • Experience in the US market is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior decision-makers
  • Strong CRM skills (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in English (other languages a plus)
  • Availability to work within US time zones
  • A can-do attitude, resilience, and strong ownership of results
  • Work permit / authorization to work in New Jersey (application asks about continuous work permit)
