Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years leading demand generation and lifecycle marketing teams
- Proven track record in B2B marketing with demonstrated results in customer acquisition and revenue growth across inbound, outbound, ABM, and events
- Experience managing multiple marketing motions simultaneously
- Strong leadership experience with ability to hire, develop, and scale high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing attribution, funnel optimization, and ROI measurement
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing martech stacks that include AI-powered tools
- Proven track record of using AI to improve marketing efficiency, including content velocity, personalization at scale, and campaign performance
