The role focuses on owning and executing a multi-channel, B2B demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue for Career.io's outplacement services.
Partner with Sales and Content to design and implement programs that attract, nurture, and convert HR leaders, CHROs, and enterprise buyers.
This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.
Manage campaigns across paid media, ABM, email, social, webinars, events, and partnerships.
Lead nurture & conversion: design automated nurture programs in HubSpot to engage prospects and accelerate conversion.
Analytics & Reporting: track KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, MQL-to-opportunity conversion, and campaign ROI.
Collaboration & Alignment: partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on ABM programs.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in demand generation for SaaS, HR tech, or professional services.
Strong understanding of demand generation tactics, ABM, and marketing automation.
Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience targeting HR leaders, CHROs, or enterprise buyers is a plus.
