Performance Marketing

• Channel Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of paid campaigns across Reddit, X (Twitter), and B2B Review Sites (G2, Capterra).
• Creative Velocity: Partner closely with the creative team to develop platform-native assets. You’ll proactively manage creative refreshes to combat ad fatigue and ensure our brand cuts through the noise.
• Review Site execution: Execution and management of paid placements and lead generation on review platforms including G2 and Capterra.
• Strategic Optimization: Go beyond clicking buttons. You will analyze full funnel metrics and buyer Intent signals to adjust budget and bidding strategies and pivot spend toward high-converting campaigns in real-time.
• Account Hygiene & QA: Maintain obsessive attention to detail regarding tracking links, UTMs, and lead flow. You will perform regular audits to ensure zero "attribution leaks" between platforms and Salesforce.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly "Winner/Loser" reports and monthly QBRs. We value insights over data dumps—your reports must focus on lead conversion and pipeline impact, not just vanity metrics like impressions.

Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Part-time

Manager

• Build positive relationships and alignment across cross-functional teams and Customer Experience to ensure the Customer Experience is always top of mind
• Manage the expectations of Sales, CSM’s, sales-prospects and clients as it relates to our scope of services
• Serve as the liaison between Support and Customer Success, by regularly attending Sales and Customer Success meetings as the source of truth for the Support organization
• Create Operational improvements within Customer Experience to address Customer complaints and feedback regarding Support

• You qualify opportunities using our “Lean, Pivot, Walk” methodology and support Account Executives in driving them through the pipeline to closure.
• You support AEs in understanding the Navan solution, conduct platform demos, and provide valuable competitive analysis.
• You present Navan’s value proposition to Travel Managers and tailor our solution to their specific pain points and primary value drivers.
• You act as an interface to various personas within target organizations, especially contacts with deep travel-industry expertise.
• You represent Navan’s products and services accurately and assist with needs analysis for large, complex organizations.
• You support your team in growing revenue and achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
• You lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to accelerate decision-making, including: User Access Testing, workshops (Finance, IT, Sustainability, etc.), and Business Value Assessment.

Enterprise Solutions Consultant

• Articulate Navan’ products and services, helping to scope fit for large, complex organizations
