Data Engineer

• Design and implement enterprise semantic and ontology models that enable advanced analytics, AI, and LLM-driven solutions.
• Establish and maintain enterprise data quality and validation frameworks that identify, monitor, and communicate data integrity issues, ensuring trusted and reliable data across the organization.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design data pipelines and solutions that align with evolving business needs and strategic objectives.

• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to elevate engineering practices and support the development of data modeling and analytics engineering capabilities.

Senior Data Engineer

Project Manager

• Be the lead point of contact for internal and external communications and processes once the Purchase Order is received
• Assist the sales representative with pre-sale site visits as needed
• Develop Musco's scope of work
• Create and evaluate RFQs for subcontractors
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and installation of Musco projects
• Process Change Orders as determined and communicate to the Musco Team
• Manage on-site installation
• Commission lighting systems to verify installation and operation of system
• Provide customer training on the operation of the lighting system controls
• Ensure final inspections are completed and provide customers with project close-out report upon project completion
• Approve payment of invoices and notify Credit department to final billing of projects
• Provide technical support as required during installation and commissioning of lighting systems

Project Manager – Transportation & Infrastructure

Sales

• Generate market information relevant to the assigned territory
• Qualify long-range projects via face-to-face customer meetings
• Perform cold calling to selected schools and municipalities
• Effectively present and differentiate Musco's products and services
• Conduct field market research examining the potential sales of new products and services
• Provide support to Sales Management to achieve short and long-term strategic goals
• Attend tradeshows and conferences and support the internal Team with initiatives

Regional Sales Associate

• Manage the complete project workflow process including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning
• Preparation of specifications, pricing, quotes, budget estimates, conducting project reviews, as well as obtaining purchase orders, and coordinating delivery of product to site so that projects are completed on time and on budget
• Analyze, monitor, and maintain quality of information in systems on all assigned projects to ensure communication of project details and accurate sales and shipment projections to the team
• Serve as the primary contact for International Field Sales in the areas of company processes and policies
• Identify issues or problems that affect the ability to accomplish goals and take action to resolve in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain strong communication within the territory and relationships with key contractors, specifiers, engineers, and vendors, as well as the internal sales team and customers
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer and project requirements
• Discuss customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the sales process
• Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed

Sales Coordinator

• Review project, identify and verify all details to be included in the scope of work
• Develop scope of work and create request for quote (RFQ) for subcontractors
• Work with Musco's Sales Representative on pricing when needed
• Attend preconstruction meetings with customers, sales, and contractors to assure accurate installation information
• Coordinate project details, installation and delivery arrangements with Sales and Engineering
• Provide onsite training with customer or contractors to ensure Musco products are installed correctly
• Field technical questions from all groups involved in project installation
• Identify, communicate, and implement change orders; track installation and approve invoices
• Provide weekly progress reports to project stakeholders
• Final inspections and project close out documentation
• 25-35 projects managed to completion yearly
• Weekly travel required to visit projects.

Project Manager – Construction

Account Executive

• Develop strong communication networks and relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and end-users
• Assess customer's lighting needs and determine which Musco products and services best suit their needs
• Effectively present Musco's product and services in a variety of situations utilizing available tools
• Prepare budget estimates for customers' lighting needs through pricing tools
• Negotiate prices and agreements including credit terms and collection
• Ensure that pertinent project information and documentation in sales database is maintained accurately and up to date

Sales Representative

• Develop strong communication networks and relationships with the key contractors, specifiers and end-users in the relative marketplace
• Assess customer's lighting needs and determine which Musco products and services best suit their needs
• Effectively present Musco's product and services to customers in a variety of situations utilizing the tools available (sales presentations, meetings, field visits and trade shows)
• Prepare budget estimates for customers' lighting needs through the use of the pricing tools
• Identify and define key relationships and decision makers in order to maximize Musco position on projects
• Work in a team environment to analyze the project from a sales, business and engineering perspective
• Negotiate prices and agreements including credit terms and collection
• Participate in field work required (measuring/assessing fields, confirming pole locations, assisting at installations, night light tests, trouble shooting and warranty inspections)

• Lead the setup of new production line equipment used to test, repair, and upgrade Musco products
• Assist in the design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and test systems, including hardware, software, and mechanical components, as needed
• Troubleshoot product failures and perform root-cause analysis on Musco electronic products returned from customer facilities
• Collect repair data and maintain accurate repair records and databases
• Provide feedback to product development teams regarding design corrections, product enhancements, and recurring failure trends

• Perform repairs on returned devices in accordance with established quality and safety standards
