Project Manager

• Responsible for the delivery of the Command Center Software (CCSW) HW/SW Platform migration tasks
• Delivering the contractual scope, on schedule and within budget, while maintaining customer satisfaction

Hardware Engineer

• Lead special projects assignments: e.g. NDAA, Agile PLM, W18, etc.
• Lead ERP implementation and transition and configuration management.
• Lead engineering process improvement.
• Lead product regulatory compliance & certifications: Align project scope, goals and schedule to business needs; interfacing with legal and supervising compliance engineers.
• Drive product design quality process: Drive product development quality process & alignment with stakeholder expectations for release/shipment.

• Develop new business with end customers that will be fulfilled via our partner channel
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and project quotas focused on Avigilon products and services.
• Promote and market Avigilon’s products and services within the assigned territory and named accounts.
• Support Avigilon’s sales activities in the assigned territory and accounts by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for Avigilon’s products and services.

• Define and execute the long-term hardware vision and strategy for our video surveillance products, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a large, multidisciplinary team of hardware engineers, including electrical, mechanical, and test engineers.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative, high-quality, and reliable video surveillance camera hardware.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and challenge the status quo.

• Own the agent build for new customer deployments for Non-Emergency Call Agent offerings.
• Take an agency's policies, SOPs, and call patterns and turn them into the behavior of an AI agent.

• Run SOP workshops with customer ops leads to map call types, triage logic, escalation rules, and transfer destinations

• Responsible for being the technical solution owner of a project.
• Provide system as-built documentation.
• Identify interface requirements and solicit system implementation team for design.
• Conduct customer facing technical requirements discovery sessions for system configuration (Conference Call or In Person).
• Builds relationships with sales, project managers, internal engineering, product, and key technical subject matter expert teams within the organization.
• Ability to provide customer product training (both in-person and virtual).
• Survey, design, install and maintain the infrastructure supporting wireless communications systems at Client site.

• Test and assist in development of internal tools used for RF / Microwave systems.
• Provide MSI internal field resources with technical support in all phases of a project.
