• Serve as the operational leader supporting channel-driven revenue across new logo acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
• Translate revenue strategy into scalable channel processes, workflows, and execution models
• Identify opportunities to improve partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue performance across the customer lifecycle

Director of Channel Operations

Account Executive

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving both new business and expansion opportunities within the segment
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across target organizations
• Lead complex, full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through close, consistently achieving or exceeding quota targets
• Navigate multi-threaded sales cycles, addressing objections and aligning solutions to business objectives across diverse stakeholders
• Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations (virtual and onsite) aligned to enterprise client needs

• Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts.

Mid-Market Account Executive

Sales

• Co-manages all elements of Momentive Software Sales Incentive Plans ("SIP") -- sales compensation planning, administration, field support, & monthly processing of incentive payments for the North America and UK business.
• Acts as the primary liaison to the field for any incentive related questions.
• Coordinates, validates, and gathers all relevant business goals results from work partners in Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to efficiently and accurately pay all Sales incentives.
• Provides timely and relevant customized reporting, metrics, and analysis support to Director of Sales Compensation.
• Completes the monthly commissions accruals for the finance team, including forecast expected costs vs budget reporting.

• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations across the Momentive portfolio, with an emphasis on MIP Fund Accounting and related solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements, financial, operational, technical, and provide expert solution guidance.
• Translate complex workflows into clear and relatable product demonstrations.
• Maintain deep expertise in product functionality, add-on modules, integrations, and key competitive solutions.
• Coordinate demo activities including scheduling, environment preparation, and data setup.
• Participate in RFP responses and address technical questions from prospects.

• Quickly and effectively support clients by responding to client’ technical questions as outlined by our SLAs
• Point of escalation for Technical Support Agents
• Effectively identify system bugs, communicate details to the Engineering Team, manage client expectations, and communicate progress & resolutions to our clients
• Understand product updates and proactively support clients when an update will affect their site / user workflow
• Ensure product feedback is being submitted to the Product Team in a timely and detailed manner for both product improvements

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company’s accounting function
• Manage a team and oversee key areas including Payroll, Accounting Systems Administration, Policies & Procedures, and Internal Controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Understanding or aptitude to learn how accounting transactions flow into financial reports such as a balance sheet and/or statement of revenue and expenditures and identify report and/or transaction issues to assist with corrections.
