Recruitment

• Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the client relationship.
• Full life cycle recruiting for assigned client groups including candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, closing/negotiating the offers, and assisting with the pre-employment process.

Events

• Lead development of company’s strategy for trade shows, industry events and customer events that differentiates the Momentive brand in the market.

• Secure space at approved events and manage all contracts & vendor relationships.
