About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce Events (70%)
Work alongside the Virtual Events team to understand the clients’ vision of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production
Assist with connecting and training presenters on the platform
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
Clearly and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual events
Ensure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recording
Create archive recordings to be used by the client for future trainings
Operational Support (30%)
Maintain accurate quality records and updated SOPs
Build strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and adhering to established timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience facilitating virtual events; Zoom and Adobe Connect preferred
Experience with A/V production tools and techniques, including editing; Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred
Highly technical; aptitude to learn new software quickly and independently
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fierce attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills; project management experience a plus
Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures
Flexible schedule: facilitation of monthly events in European time zones required
Experience in pharma or life science industries preferred
