• Own projects end-to-end, making decisions on technical and business implications

• Drive product strategy for Method's lending vertical, focusing on optimization, growth, and operational excellence
• Own the product roadmap and strategy for Method's current lending product suite
• Evaluate new market opportunities and assess potential for product expansion with existing and prospective lending customers
• Define success metrics and KPIs for lending products, tracking performance against growth, adoption, and profitability targets
• Conduct user research and analyze product performance to identify pain points and improvement opportunities

Technical Product Manager

• Own and evolve the core platform infrastructure that powers Method's financial products
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into well-scoped technical projects and manage end-to-end execution from conception to delivery
• Drive cross-functional alignment on platform priorities and communicate technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Build comprehensive product documentation for internal teams
• Own relationships with external partners and vendors (databases, cloud providers, monitoring tools) to ensure platform stability and optimal vendor selection

Technical Product Manager, Platform

Content Marketing Manager

• Build out Method’s content design arm and evolve the brand
• Design blog post assets, 1-pagers, slide decks, company swag, conference booths, ads, website pages, and LinkedIn ads
• Collaborate primarily with Devan (Designer), Brianna (Head of Product Marketing), Jess, Sales teams, and external contractors
• Incorporate data and user research into content decisions
• Define and scale content production, review, and release processes
• Attend conferences and design/attend booths, support marketing campaigns and enterprise sales collateral
• Lead creative direction to raise Method’s public profile and communicate technical product value

Content Designer

• Build and scale our core API to handle millions of requests per day
• Investigate and debug any issues using monitoring & logging tools and create clear action items to resolve them

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to define the roadmap by thoroughly understanding customers’ needs

Senior Software Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Work with cross-functional leadership to drive operational efficiency and financial management across the organization.
• Lead a cross-functional team spanning Accounting, Finance, Talent and HR and build systems, processes, and planning rhythms to support growth.
• Implement FP&A best practices; own forecasting and budgeting cycles and develop the financial narrative for executives and investors.
• Oversee key vendor relationships (bureaus, banks, cloud vendors, infrastructure providers) to improve margins and expand product capabilities.
• Drive initiatives that support company growth targets and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to optimize resource allocation and remove operational barriers.
• Define and track key metrics to optimize operational efficiency, vendor performance, and cross-team execution.

Vice President, Finance and Operations

• This role is the #2 full-time recruiting hire that will work with me to build the team that will define Method’s next stage of growth.
• You’ll operate at the intersection of high autonomy and high visibility, joining us while the org is lean enough to work directly with founders and influence org design, culture, and early talent systems.
• This is a role for someone energized by building from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and applying both recruiting fundamentals and AI-driven workflows to deliver outsized impact.
• This role is based out of our NYC office and we have a flexible (but not full-time remote) hybrid policy that typically manifests as 2-4 days/week in office on average where you'll get to collaborate live and go on caffeine and lunch runs covered by the company.
• We’re looking for someone who can own searches end-to-end, keep pipelines full, and deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience, all while juggling multiple open roles across disciplines.
