About the role
- Own and evolve the core platform infrastructure that powers Method's financial products
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into well-scoped technical projects and manage end-to-end execution from conception to delivery
- Drive cross-functional alignment on platform priorities and communicate technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Build comprehensive product documentation for internal teams
- Own relationships with external partners and vendors (databases, cloud providers, monitoring tools) to ensure platform stability and optimal vendor selection
- Manage internal tools, product dashboards, and developer-facing products
- Work directly with engineering and business teams to ensure reliability and performance as the company scales
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management or engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with financial services platforms or regulated industry environments (preferred)
- Experience at high-growth technology companies (preferred)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks)
- Willingness to be located in or relocate to Austin, TX, NYC, or Washington D.C. (application preference)
