About the role
- Build out Method’s content design arm and evolve the brand
- Design blog post assets, 1-pagers, slide decks, company swag, conference booths, ads, website pages, and LinkedIn ads
- Collaborate primarily with Devan (Designer), Brianna (Head of Product Marketing), Jess, Sales teams, and external contractors
- Incorporate data and user research into content decisions
- Define and scale content production, review, and release processes
- Attend conferences and design/attend booths, support marketing campaigns and enterprise sales collateral
- Lead creative direction to raise Method’s public profile and communicate technical product value
Requirements
- Design blog post assets, 1-pagers, slide decks, company swag, conference booths, ads, and more
- Full-stack creative who can take things from 0 to 1 and flex between many projects at once
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible content and work fast
- Incorporate data and user research into content decisions
- Help define how content at Method gets produced, reviewed, and released at scale
- Experience working with or alongside product marketing and sales teams
- Portfolio/Website and Resume required (application requests LinkedIn URL and Website or Portfolio URL)
- Authorization to work in the United States or indicate visa sponsorship status (application asks)
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Austin, TX, New York City, or Washington, D.C., or relocate if open
- Comfortable hiring or working with external contractors and agencies for specialized design work
