Manager

• Responsible for the daily operations of both teams and Mailroom
• Manages the Correspondence, Collection, and Mailroom Team including oversight of daily operations
• Orients new employees and trains staff according to processes for optimal performance
• Counsels’ staff and disciplines employees in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Plans, monitors, appraises, and reviews staff job contributions to ensure productivity and performance

• Tracks trends to monitor opportunities for enhancements, innovative solutions, and continuous process improvements
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

Manager, Correspondence

Accounts Receivable

• Analyze collections
• Resolve non-payables
• Handle bill inquiries for more complex issues

Accounts Receivable Specialist

General Counsel

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including services agreements with healthcare customers, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, settlement agreements, information security agreements, business associate agreements, and real estate transactions
• Provide advice and counsel on contracts, disputes, risks, and potential legal liabilities
• Support transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing
• Conduct research on relevant legal issues
• Monitor and advise employees of relevant changes in law, policy, or guidance in the health care industry
• Support HR department regarding employment-related matters
• Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal contract support within the company while maintaining the quality and consistency of contracts across the organization
• Assist the company with its compliance program

Legal Counsel

Customer Success Manager

• Overseeing and ensuring that Manager, Client Success maintain and develop a strong and long-term relationship with clients
• Monitoring client performance and ensuring Client Success standards are met
• Utilizing KPI tools and other analytics to manage and provide reporting and visibility on performance and health of all internal and external clients
• Mentoring assigned Manager, Client Success in managing assigned clients to meet expectations, and exceed when opportunities arise
• Establishing and ensuring client face-to-face meetings occur with CRM at a regular frequency

• architect and execute our payer contracting strategy during a critical phase of organizational growth
• lead complex payer negotiations, design economically sound contract structures, and translate innovative care models into compelling payer value propositions
• serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring payer agreements align with evolving care models, pricing strategy, and long-term margin goals
• lead end-to-end negotiation of payer agreements across fee-for-service (FFS), value-based, risk-bearing, and hybrid contract models
• oversee development of negotiation materials including rate benchmarking, reimbursement trend analysis, and financial impact modeling
• drive rate optimization and structure contracts that improve contribution margin and support long-term scalability
• leverage established payer relationships to accelerate deal cycles and unlock favorable reimbursement terms
• review and interpret health plan contract language across payor, medical group/IPA, and hospital/ancillary contexts
• ensure payer contracts and fee schedules are accurately documented, maintained, and accessible
• build analytics tools and reporting that provide leadership with real-time visibility into payer performance and contract opportunities
• partner closely with Revenue Cycle, AR, and Billing teams to ensure contract terms are operationalized accurately within systems and workflows
• translate clinical programs — including virtual care, various modalities, and hospital-based professional settings into compelling, reimbursable contract models
• analyze payor performance, reimbursement trends, denial patterns, and payment variances to identify strategic opportunities
• develop payor and physician-client scorecards and KPIs to evaluate contract effectiveness and financial impact

Manager, Payer Strategy – Contracting

• Analyzing collections and resolving non-payables

Accounts Receivable Escalation Specialist

• Provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Draft, review, and negotiate a large volume of contracts
• Identify and address legal and commercial risks in contracts
• Successfully manage and resolve contract disputes and litigation matters
• Mentor and provide guidance to other legal department members

Assistant General Counsel

• Serve as the primary architect of our commercial pricing strategy, creating deal pricing models across all Ventra Health business units.
• Perform sophisticated financial modeling and influence executive-level decision making.
• Partner directly with Ventra’s sales organization, client success, business unit presidents, and financial leaders.
• Design, build and maintain complex pricing models for a private-equity sponsored, healthcare B2B revenue cycle management organization.
