Product Manager

• Own product strategy for MealSuite Dining (POS, Portal, Ordering, Self-Serve Kiosk) and drive strategic growth and innovation
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities for Culinary product expansion; prioritize initiatives and create actionable plans to increase adoption and upsell
• Monitor qualitative and quantitative product performance and adoption; use data to inform decisions
• Lead discovery and feature leadership within the Dining domain; deeply understand user needs and operational workflows
• Track competitive landscape and partner ecosystem; act as domain expert on external tools and integrations
• Lead multidisciplinary Product team (Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers) and collaborate with delivery teams
• Forge cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing, CX, Support, partners, customers, and external stakeholders
• Create business cases, prioritize using value vs effort frameworks, and guide long-term product vision
• Manage team operations, oversee collaboration with dev teams, escalate risks and blockers
• Design accessible, intuitive experiences across mobile, tablet, kiosks, and handhelds for senior living (considering mobility, vision, memory, motor skills)
• Mentor and develop Product Managers, UX Designers, and Product Owners; report to Vice President, Product
• Work in-office up to 2 days per week (Cambridge, ON or Dallas, TX)

Director of Product, Dining

• Own the Clinical product strategy and drive strategic growth and innovation for MealSuite's Clinical products
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities and prioritize initiatives to increase adoption, expand market reach, and create upsell opportunities
• Monitor qualitative and quantitative product performance and analyze data to inform decisions
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX Designers; work with delivery teams for estimations
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CX, Support, partners, customers, and external stakeholders
• Track competitive landscape and partner ecosystem to inform product direction
• Create business cases, prioritize initiatives using value vs effort frameworks, and guide long-term product vision
• Champion innovation and AI integration to enhance clinical decision-making and improve patient/resident outcomes
• Lead discovery, gather and refine requirements, and drive features from conception through delivery and iteration
• Escalate and triage risks, blockers, and incoming requests; optimize development efforts with engineering leads
• Mentor, coach, and develop talent within the product team
• Report to the Vice President of Product and collaborate across MealSuite's global hubs (Cambridge ON, Dallas TX, Ho Chi Minh City)

Director of Product, Clinical

Procurement

• Lead the strategy for product growth and innovation across the Purchasing experience, aligning with business and revenue goals.
• Lead discovery efforts, gather and refine requirements, and drive feature success from conception through delivery and iteration.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities across Purchasing to drive measurable impact (adoption, market opportunities, upsell, incentivized purchase opportunities).
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX Designers; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX, Support, partners, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering leads to optimize development in an agile environment.
• Monitor qualitative and quantitative performance to assess product and feature performance in market and usage metrics.
• Coordinate go-to-market execution including win rates, pricing strategy, demand generation, churn analysis, and market expansion.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of usability, adoption, and success criteria to determine iteration or deprecation.
• Guide UX strategy to ensure usability and clarity in UI decisions.
• Mentor and provide growth opportunities for Product Managers, UX Designers, Product Owners, and more.
• Present 2–3 year Purchasing roadmap through regular Proof of Concept sessions with stakeholders.
• Report to VP of Product and own product success across MealSuite ecosystem.

Director of Product, Purchasing

• Own end-to-end product strategy for the Culinary portfolio and translate strategic objectives into roadmaps
• Lead discovery and innovation across Culinary domain, understanding user needs and kitchen workflows
• Define, deliver, and iterate on features spanning menu planning, ingredient sourcing, production, inventory, and waste
• Track qualitative and quantitative performance of products and features for market insights
• Monitor competitive landscape and partner ecosystem to inform product direction

• We’re looking for a driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across North America, playing a key role in building a high-performing, inclusive team that drives our mission forward.
• A day in the life as a TA Specialist:
Lead full-cycle recruitment – Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes for roles across North America.
• Partner with hiring managers – Collaborate with leaders to define role requirements and support them throughout the interview process.
• Champion candidate experience – Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey from application to offer.
• Maintain recruitment data – Keep Workable (ATS) updated with accurate candidate and role information.
• Provide regular updates – Share weekly status reports on hiring progress and proactively address any roadblocks.

• I have experience with university recruiting and TA-focused analytics and reporting.
• I’ve dabbled in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies, particularly on social media platforms to boost visibility and engagement.
• I have a basic understanding employment standards in the US and Canada that impact hiring.
• I’m extremely organized, especially when juggling multiple roles and candidate communications.
• I’m a strong communicator who can represent the brand and keep candidates engaged.
• I take a collaborative approach with hiring managers and the P&C team.
• I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for role).
