Lead the strategy for product growth and innovation across the Purchasing experience, aligning with business and revenue goals.
Lead discovery efforts, gather and refine requirements, and drive feature success from conception through delivery and iteration.
Identify and evaluate opportunities across Purchasing to drive measurable impact (adoption, market opportunities, upsell, incentivized purchase opportunities).
Lead multidisciplinary teams of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX Designers; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX, Support, partners, customers, and external stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering leads to optimize development in an agile environment.
Monitor qualitative and quantitative performance to assess product and feature performance in market and usage metrics.
Coordinate go-to-market execution including win rates, pricing strategy, demand generation, churn analysis, and market expansion.
Conduct data-driven analysis of usability, adoption, and success criteria to determine iteration or deprecation.
Guide UX strategy to ensure usability and clarity in UI decisions.
Mentor and provide growth opportunities for Product Managers, UX Designers, Product Owners, and more.
Present 2–3 year Purchasing roadmap through regular Proof of Concept sessions with stakeholders.
Report to VP of Product and own product success across MealSuite ecosystem.
Requirements
Knowledge of food purchasing workflows, especially from the perspective of Food Service Managers and Head Cooks, as well as vendor/distributor goals.
Bachelor's in business or technical field (implied) OR equivalent experience.
4+ years in logistics (supply chain, procurement, inventory, order fulfillment).
3+ years leading cross-functional product teams.
Experience in the food supply chain industry and with SaaS B2B/B2C products.
Experience with road-mapping tools, value analysis frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
Strong data-focused mindset with understanding of cost-cutting decisions, budgeting, and shifting food pricing dynamics.
Familiarity with AI-driven decision-making, including prediction, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection in supply chain operations.
Exceptional strategic alignment, stakeholder communication, and prioritization skills.
Willingness to occasionally travel and valid passport with no cross-border restrictions between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required).
Thrive in an agile environment and strong collaboration and communication skills.
