About the role
- MealSuite is a privately owned SaaS company providing end-to-end foodservice technology solutions for healthcare and aging services.
- Assist implementation team by managing new customer implementation projects and improving implementation efficiencies.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee team member project assignments, matching roles to strengths and abilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Specialists and Customer Experience Leadership to evolve SOPs and team materials.
- Devise creative solutions and develop tools/systems to improve scalability of scoping and needs analysis.
- Train and develop team members' project management skills in customer-facing roles and share learnings.
Requirements
- Knowledge of project implementation/project management.
- 1+ years of direct experience in customer implementation and/or onboarding projects, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Bonus points if working toward a PMP or CAPM certification.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or related workspace software.
- Exceptional at building and maintaining professional rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Active, empathetic listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented multitasker capable of prioritizing and managing time efficiently.
- Willingness to occasionally travel and possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions between Canada and the USA.
- Thrives in an agile, constantly changing environment that encourages collaboration.
- Desire to be directly involved in projects offering learning and leadership growth.
