Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across North America, playing a key role in building a high-performing, inclusive team that drives our mission forward.

  • Partner with hiring managers – Collaborate with leaders to define role requirements and support them throughout the interview process.
  • Champion candidate experience – Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey from application to offer.
  • Maintain recruitment data – Keep Workable (ATS) updated with accurate candidate and role information.
  • Provide regular updates – Share weekly status reports on hiring progress and proactively address any roadblocks.
  • Improve recruitment operations – Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance workflows, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure process efficiency and a seamless onboarding handoff.
  • If the below describe your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:
  • I have 1 - 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech startup/scale-up environment.
  • I’m familiar with modern recruitment practices that that create a positive candidate journey.
  • I know how to build candidate funnels and source talent creatively.
  • I’ve worked with tools like LinkedIn, ATS platforms (Workable is a plus), and candidate assessments.
  • I’m passionate about creating an inclusive and engaging candidate experience.
  • I have experience with university recruiting and TA-focused analytics and reporting.
  • I’ve dabbled in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies, particularly on social media platforms to boost visibility and engagement.
  • I have a basic understanding employment standards in the US and Canada that impact hiring.
  • I’m extremely organized, especially when juggling multiple roles and candidate communications.
  • I’m a strong communicator who can represent the brand and keep candidates engaged.
  • I take a collaborative approach with hiring managers and the P&C team.
  • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for role).
  • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
  • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
  • We know imposter syndrome can be REAL when applying for a new role, but please don\'t let the confidence gap prevent you from taking a leap and applying for your dream job. Your future self will thank you!
