About the role
- Own the Clinical product strategy and drive strategic growth and innovation for MealSuite's Clinical products
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities and prioritize initiatives to increase adoption, expand market reach, and create upsell opportunities
- Monitor qualitative and quantitative product performance and analyze data to inform decisions
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX Designers; work with delivery teams for estimations
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CX, Support, partners, customers, and external stakeholders
- Track competitive landscape and partner ecosystem to inform product direction
- Create business cases, prioritize initiatives using value vs effort frameworks, and guide long-term product vision
- Champion innovation and AI integration to enhance clinical decision-making and improve patient/resident outcomes
- Lead discovery, gather and refine requirements, and drive features from conception through delivery and iteration
- Escalate and triage risks, blockers, and incoming requests; optimize development efforts with engineering leads
- Mentor, coach, and develop talent within the product team
- Report to the Vice President of Product and collaborate across MealSuite's global hubs (Cambridge ON, Dallas TX, Ho Chi Minh City)
Requirements
- Knowledge of clinical product management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership
- Over 10 years of direct experience in healthcare technology and clinical product development (or a combination with formal education)
- Experience in the healthcare and clinical software industry
- Certifications in product management and clinical informatics
- Experience with software development lifecycle tools and agile methodologies
- Experience with clinical data platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, EMR/EHR systems, and interoperability frameworks
- Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and align clinical needs with business goals
- Proven ability to deliver scalable clinical products, manage stakeholder expectations, and execute strategic initiatives
- Experience integrating user-centered design into clinical product development
- Willingness to occasionally travel and valid passport with cross-border ability (Canada/USA and potentially Vietnam)
