• Deliver the National Commercial strategy for Main Contractor and Housebuilder key accounts
• Proactively develop profitable commercial business opportunities for Marshalls across defined Key Housebuilder and Contractor accounts
• Create demand and drive specification of Marshalls products and systems
• Maximise profitability by achieving the optimal blend of price, volume and product mix
• Report directly to the Divisional Trading Manager
• Lead engagement with head office pre-construction and design teams to identify and track main projects in the region
• Use Barbour ABI to track project progress and keep shared documents up-to-date
• Get in early with project teams and specification managers and manage preferred supplier relationships
• Lead negotiations with key stakeholders and leverage the company value proposition regionally
