Commercial Manager – House Builder Team

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify sales opportunities and nurture relationships.
- Develop an effective Business Plan to achieve sales budgets.
- Improve efficiency of sales processes and monitor, report, and achieve KPI’s.
- Support pricing structure.
- Attend regular meetings across the region.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts to support planning.
- Drive growth and profitability across key customer relationships.
- Manage and expand partnerships with key Housebuilder customers and stakeholders.
- Represent the business at customer events and reviews, strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Shape wider sales strategy to define initiatives for sustainable growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience within the Housebuilder & construction sector, with an existing network of industry contacts.
- Experience in the Bricks & Masonry market (or wider construction industry) highly desirable
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving profitability
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in negotiating and contract management skills with the ability to secure favourable trading agreements.
- Commercially astute with strong financial and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, problem-solving abilities. You will be Confident and persuasive with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn new ranges and understand bricks & masonry routes to market.
- Full driving licence required.
