About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in lease set up and system reconciliation, ensuring information is up to date and fully reconciled in line with current accountancy standards (IFRS16)
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including detailed account analysis and timely submission through Blackline
  • Support month-end close activities by preparing and posting financial journals and completing ERP system administrative tasks in line with GAAP requirements
  • Provide day-to-day support to the PRC team by responding to ad hoc queries via the PRC ticketing system
  • Work closely with operational stakeholders, contributing to accurate management accounts and providing reliable financial information to support business decision-making
  • Act as a system administrator for the Blackline reconciliation platform, maintaining system setup, controls, and documentation used across the finance function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Actively studying CIMA, ACCA, or AAT qualified
  • Good excel skills: Pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts, and Vlookups
  • Able to communicate and discuss accounting terminology in a way none finance stakeholders will understand
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines particularly around accounting periods
