Data Engineer

Engineer

• Read, analyze, and interpret plans, submittals, mechanical specifications, contract documents, control drawings.

Building Automation Controls Engineer

Account Executive

• Build and grow the region’s portfolio by developing strong relationships and pursuing retrofit and tenant improvement opportunities.
• Generate approximately $1.5M–$2.5M in sold project revenue in your first year, depending on experience and market activity.
• Establish a qualified pipeline that positions you for $4M+ in annual revenue as you continue to grow in year two and beyond.
• Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-value proposals and maintain strong close ratios.
• Build strong, lasting partnerships with our customers and anticipate their needs before they ask.
• Perform project management duties, including effective cost and risk management, quality assurance, and timely delivery.

Project Manager

• Lead MacDonald-Miller's Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC) implementation as the internal counterpart to the implementation partner.
• Own the customer side of an implementation running from mid-2026 through late 2027.
• Manage the internal project plan, run the BPO and SME working cadence, and hold the implementation partner accountable to their statement of work.
• Co-prepare and co-present at Steering Committee meetings alongside the partner PM.
• Work alongside the Product Owner, Finance BPO, and functional SME teams across various domains through every phase of the methodology.
• Build and maintain the internal project plan that mirrors and complements the implementation partner's.
• Drive accountability and delivery, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, communications, and change control.

• Co-lead the data migration workstream with Data Migration BPO and ensure the deadline of mock conversions and cutover rehearsals.

• Play a pivotal role in building high-value, long-term relationships with key clients in the existing Data Center market.
• Open doors, establish credibility with targeted organizations, and serve as the first point of engagement.
• Focus on strategic account targeting, organizational mapping, and creating warm handoffs that accelerate the sales cycle.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in data center operations leadership roles.
• Advance client relationships from cold introductions to warm, active opportunities.
• Transition qualified opportunities to internal technical sales teams to develop and close business.
• Manage accounts through an established five-stage relationship model.
• Collaborate with Oregon leadership to refresh annual target account lists.

Business Development Executive

• Support our maintenance base by primarily handling incoming requests for HVAC maintenance proposals.
• Focus on inquiries from internal teams and external customers, developing tailored maintenance proposals for commercial buildings.
• Proactively engage with current clients from other business units to propose warranty service maintenance scopes.
• Foster strong internal integration and supportive working relationships with field teams, service managers, and other departments.
• Deliver high-quality, timely maintenance proposals that clearly communicate the company’s capabilities.
• Protect, maintain, and grow the customer base by converting inquiries into signed Service Agreements.

• Manage sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of skilled trades, technical, and corporate roles.
• Build pipelines of passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with leaders on hiring strategy, interview processes, and candidate selection.
• Deliver a professional and seamless experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Represent MacDonald-Miller at career fairs, campus events, and industry networking opportunities.
• Own and elevate the Summer Internship Program by leading recruiting, onboarding, intern engagement, mentorship partnerships, and delivering a best-in-class experience that builds our future talent pipeline.

Recruiter

Payroll

• Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of certified payroll reports in accordance with federal, state, and local public works requirements including Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage laws.
• Support ongoing compliance efforts by helping ensure payroll data aligns with contract and wage determination requirements.
• Help support payroll processes related to union agreements, including wage rates, fringe benefits, deductions, and required reporting.
• Assist in gathering documentation and responding to union-related payroll inquiries.
• Assist with filing intents for public works projects and submitting affidavits for service work accurately and on time.
• Help maintain organized project and certified payroll documentation.
• Partner with the Payroll Team to research and help resolve weekly payroll exceptions, discrepancies, and retroactive adjustments.
