Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial mechanical construction with significant responsibility for field operations.
Executive leadership experience overseeing multi-region operations, multiple business units, and large construction teams.
Deep expertise in HVAC/mechanical construction, field operations, fabrication, project delivery, workforce planning, safety, and operational excellence.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets, labor productivity, forecasting, KPIs, gross margins, and profitability.
Demonstrated success leading organizational change, standardizing operations, and driving continuous improvement.
A proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing leaders while fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.
Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive enterprise-wide business results.
