About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a team of smart building analysts and ensure successful execution of smart building service work.
Support the Operations Manager – Controls, SBS with resource forecasting and planning.
Provide direction to assigned analysts and ensure compliance with requirements and service practices.
Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports by setting expectations and providing feedback.
Champion quality assurance, standards, continuous improvement, and timely execution of work.
Track and support key performance indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems commonly used in commercial HVAC environments.
Construction project experience.
Effective leadership skills.
Comfortable working with technology systems, including computers, routers, and IP-connected devices.
Bachelor of Science or Technical Degree or Equivalent Work Experience in Computer Science and Electrical/Mechanical Building Systems.
Tridium AX/N4 certification, Honeywell, Siemens or equivalent building automation experience.
Facility operations experience.
