About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Form in-depth partnerships with customers and provide tailored solutions for comfort and efficiency.
- Handle HVAC maintenance contracts or quick-turnaround tenant improvements in the Service Special Projects Department.
- Build and grow the region’s portfolio by developing strong relationships and pursuing opportunities.
- Generate project revenue of approximately $1.5M–$2.5M in your first year.
- Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams for proposals and maintain strong close ratios.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related technical fields.
- A proven track record of developing new business and expanding customer relationships.
- A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical field (preferred but not required).
