About the role

  • Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • 5+ years B2B SaaS experience in Client Support, Customer Success, or Account Management
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms and CRM tools
  • Bonus: Data privacy/cybersecurity software experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks about legal authorization and visa sponsorship)
  • Willingness to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 2-3 times per week
