About the role
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound B2B leads using BANT criteria
- Understand client pain points and identify solution fit
- Spark interest, identify and qualify opportunities at C level, and secure high-quality opportunities
- Build rapport quickly and develop opportunities for external account managers
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track performance metrics
- Support progression into external sales and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Experienced in B2B sales, ideally in a lead qualification or SDR/BDR role
- Proven track record of lead generation success
- Ability to identify and qualify opportunities at C level
- Genuine interest in IT/cybersecurity
- Confident, articulate, and excellent at asking the right questions
- Methodical approach and resilient under pressure
- Assertive, curious, and persistent with proactive outreach
- Experience working with CRM systems (maintain accurate records and track metrics)
- Desire to progress into an external, full cycle sales role
