The Sr Field & Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs across designated regions. This role bridges regional field marketing efforts with partner marketing strategies to drive demand generation, accelerate the pipeline, and foster partner engagement.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, experienced in working cross-functionally with sales, channel, and marketing teams in fast-paced, B2B environments—ideally within cybersecurity or high-tech industries.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with global and regional business goals, focusing on both field and partner channels.
Collaborate closely with sales and channel teams to identify opportunities, set priorities, and create marketing programs that generate and accelerate the pipeline.
Design and manage co-marketing initiatives with key partners, including joint events, digital campaigns, and content syndication.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, ROI), using insights to optimize future initiatives.
Customize global campaigns and content for local market relevance, ensuring cultural and business appropriateness.
Manage marketing budgets for the region, including MDF (Market Development Funds) usage and reporting.
Represent marketing in regional business reviews and planning sessions, advocating for regional needs and providing feedback to central teams.
Maintain strong partner relationships and serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic alliances in the region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in field and/or partner marketing roles.
Proven track record of building and executing successful regional marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner co-marketing strategies.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and global environment.
Proficient with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo (or other MAPs), and project management platforms.
