• Lead LaundryLux’s field service operations across multiple states, managing both internal technicians and third-party service providers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Responsible for service strategy, technician performance, dispatch operations, warranty execution, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction, and business objectives are achieved.
• Develop a comprehensive Service Provider database, including Qualification Checklist and Service Provider Application Form.
• Lead daily dispatch operations to optimize technician utilization, response times, and SLA performance.
• Communicate directly with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor warranty claims from initiation through completion, ensuring timely resolution.

Service Operations Manager

Sales

• Develop and execute strategic relationships with potential customers across the vended and OPL (On-Premise Laundry) segments
• Key target customers include laundromats, multi-store owners, hotels, nursing homes, fire stations, and new investors
• The goal is to expand sales opportunities and reach within the vended and OPL sales territories
• The role will involve a consultative sales approach, requiring deep knowledge of both OPL and vended business models
• Responsibilities span the entire sales process—from identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to finalizing installations and providing customer training
• Management of the existing customer relationships within territory with a focus on growing sales and market share in the marketplace
• Manage Open Sales Orders for shipment to your customer base
• Maintain, grow, and manage the pipeline funnel of deals to create sales orders for Laundrylux
• Execute in-market activities including investor events and cold calling
• Participate in sales calls, conduct sales meetings, and educate investors and store owners to support the business
• Prospect, manage and close new business opportunities within your given territory
• Gain clear understanding and catalogue of laundromats within assigned territory
• Continually monitor key competitors within your assigned territory
• Collect, analyze, and report information about any changes in competitors’ activities that will impact the company’s position in the territory
• Suggest actions to mitigate the impact and improve the company’s position in the marketplace
• Build customer relationships with prospective customers
• Articulate solutions in terms of ROI to the client by establishing pain points through the consultative sales process

Area Sales Manager

Account Executive

• Develop and manage new and existing customers for the commercial laundry industry.
• Expand sales opportunities within the commercial laundry space across the vended and OPL (On-Premise Laundry) segments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to finalize installations and provide customer training.
• Maintain, manage, and report on sales pipeline.
• Deliver all information and quotes to customers as required for all Sales Leads in the expected time frame.
• Participate as needed in industry trade shows and events to drive sales activity.
• Coordinate purchase orders, product shipments, and equipment installations to meet customer timelines and fulfill sales.
• Responsible for entering Chain equipment and ancillary orders into Epicor.

Area Sales Representative

Payroll

• Oversee end to end payroll processing, employee benefits administration and regulatory compliance
• Resolve payroll/benefits issues promptly and provide guidance to employees
• Manage vendor relations and maintain compliance with laws
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and tax requirements
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Coordinate company registrations for payroll tax withholding
• Administer employee benefit programs
• Lead annual open enrollment processes
• Collaborate with auditors to complete annual 401(k) audits

Payroll & Benefits Manager

General

• Perform all service support as well as upsells and sells service contracts to locations
• Provide all Wascomat / Electrolux warranty labor
• Offer installation/parts support when needed
• Address all service and parts calls, customer support role
• Coordinate and schedule service calls for team and customers
• Support team in project manager role when needed on laundromat projects
• Canvass markets and drop off mailers
• Drive the sale of Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans
• Recommend measures to improve service methods, equipment performance, and quality of service
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems
• Maintain time and service records
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Service Specialist

• Service, install, and repair equipment in businesses in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Maintain safety and professionalism at all times
• Promote service, preventative maintenance plans and communicate leads to sales team
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in equipment
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork including but not limited to work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules
• Maintain inventory control of assigned equipment to ensure adequate stock levels

Service Technician

Events

• Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of regional summit events, ensuring all event aspects are managed effectively.
• Source, book, and manage venues across multiple cities
• Review and negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and service providers to ensure favorable terms and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors for trade booth requirements
• Manage speaker logistics: scheduling, travel, and session preparation
• Design and produce event creative: flyers, banners, stage backdrops, badges, and swag.
• Maintain consistent branding across all events and marketing materials
• Coordinate photo and video coverage at each event
• Assist with capturing testimonials and interviews on site
• Organize and deliver footage to editors for recap and promotional videos
• Manage and schedule content for social media accounts related to events and partnerships.
• Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective event execution.
• Gather feedback, assess event success metrics, and provide reports with insights for continuous improvement.

Events Marketing Specialist
