About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform all service support as well as upsells and sells service contracts to locations
Provide all Wascomat / Electrolux warranty labor
Offer installation/parts support when needed
Address all service and parts calls, customer support role
Coordinate and schedule service calls for team and customers
Support team in project manager role when needed on laundromat projects
Canvass markets and drop off mailers
Drive the sale of Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans
Recommend measures to improve service methods, equipment performance, and quality of service
Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems
Maintain time and service records
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in installation and repair of commercial equipment
High school diploma or GED required
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Bilingual skills a plus
Valid Driver’s License
