Affiliate Manager

• Partner with senior leadership, People Partners, and people managers to provide clear, data-driven guidance on compensation strategy, market positioning, program effectiveness, and complex pay decisions
• Own the planning and execution of bi-annual compensation cycles for employees, including market analysis, budget modeling, manager guidance, calibration, executive recommendations, communications, and follow-through
• Lead executive compensation and equity analysis, translating market data, company performance, internal equity, retention considerations, and governance requirements into clear recommendations

• Partner with Finance, Legal, and People Operations to strengthen the systems, processes, controls, and operating rhythms that support our compensation programs
• Leverage AI and automation to improve compensation workflows, reporting, and analysis, reducing manual work, increasing accuracy, and scaling the function
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product, Engineering, and Design, bringing practitioner expertise and customer insight into the development of Lattice’s compensation product
• Lead cash and equity modeling, benchmarking, and reporting to inform compensation strategy, workforce planning, pay equity, and retention decisions
• Connect compensation with performance, development, DEIB, and people analytics to identify risks, improve outcomes, and strengthen Lattice’s broader talent strategy
• Maintain strong governance over compensation data, structures, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency, auditability, and operational excellence

Lead Compensation Business Partner

Account Executive

• Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed Quarterly sales quotas
• Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, perform online demos to HR professionals, create proposals, and close deals
• Outbound prospect in cold accounts for 40% of your quarterly target
• Develop and execute sales strategy in a dynamic and fast paced startup environment
• Ability to balance immediate priorities, while effectively experimenting for new approaches within this segment
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers
• Deliver a world-class experience for prospects who are considering Lattice and other people management solutions

Account Executive – Upmarket

• Drive new business acquisitions to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Prospect and engage cold accounts, contributing to 30% of your monthly target.
• Conduct insightful discovery calls to identify and address potential customers' business challenges and goals.
• Showcase deep knowledge of Lattice products and their industry positioning to assist customers in evaluating our solutions.
• Onboard 6-12 new customers each month, contributing to our rapid growth.
• Thrive in a dynamic, startup environment experiencing exceptional growth and change.
• Work closely with both the sales and technical teams to ensure the smooth communication and execution of projects, as well as the identification of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed your quota.
• Own the strategic contract renewal process, mitigating risks, driving client value, and maintaining a high retention rate by proactively understanding the buying process, negotiating effectively, and securing client commitments.

• Define and instrument the metrics that actually matter: agent task completion, hallucination rates, response quality, user engagement, and downstream business outcomes.
• Build and maintain evaluation datasets, test harnesses, and automated scoring pipelines to catch regressions before they ship.
• Identify and surface the drivers of agent quality improvement, giving the team clear signals on where to invest.
• Architect and implement reusable agent infrastructure: multi-turn conversation workflows, recommendation services, LLM DAGs, and standardized agent topology patterns using LangGraph.
• Build and scale RAG pipelines and retrieval infrastructure, including vector store management and retrieval quality optimization.
• Make principled build vs. buy decisions across LLM providers, agent frameworks, and evaluation tooling, balancing capability, cost, latency, and vendor risk.
• Contribute to production AI systems with a strong focus on reliability, observability, and performance, not just prototypes.
• Own projects end-to-end: scope them, drive them to completion, and bring in the right people at the right time.
• Partner with engineering leads and managers to inform technical direction on agent quality and evaluation strategy you’ll be expected to hold intelligent, substantive conversations about methodology, not just implementation.
• Raise the AI engineering bar across the broader team through code review, documentation, and thoughtful technical debate.
