About the role
- Build and refine ICP-aligned brand lists and budget-holding contacts using Sales Navigator, Apollo, and smart research
- Run multi-channel touches per day (calls, LinkedIn, personalised emails, Loom videos) that start genuine conversations
- Post compelling LinkedIn content that educates prospects, showcases Kyra insights, and drives demand
- Secure discovery calls with detailed context that accelerates conversion for Sales
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Strategy to experiment with value props, cadences, and subject lines
- Keep HubSpot and Apollo spotless with accurate activity, contact, and company data
- Share concise weekly reports with leadership on progress, learnings, optimisations, and new ideas
Requirements
- 1+ years quota-carrying SDR experience (SaaS, martech, or agency services)
- Obsess over prospecting, performance optimisation, and leveraging AI + data to smash targets
- Skilled at identifying ICPs, budget owners, and decision-makers
- Crisp, human copywriting and confident presentation with exec presence
- Bounce back from rejection, maintain high activity, and keep a positive mindset
- Genuinely interested in the creator economy and marketing innovation
- Coachable, ambitious, and intellectually hungry
