About the role

  • Develop and own inbound and outbound demand generation strategy targeting enterprise logistics organizations
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align on ICP accounts, pipeline goals, and qualification criteria
  • Establish KPIs for pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact
  • Build dashboards and reporting to measure performance including marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, channel performance, CAC, etc
  • Drive opportunity creation and deal acceleration through coordinated multi-channel campaigns spanning paid media, outbound, virtual events, field events, etc
  • Manage and mentor Augment’s Event Marketing Manager to ensure field marketing programs are strategically aligned, well executed and delivering results
  • Oversee integrated, personalized ABM campaigns aligned to enterprise sales stages (awareness, influence, acceleration)
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are on-target, on-brand and on-message
  • Own web strategy, partnering across sales, product marketing and creative to ensure messaging, CTAs, and content directly support pipeline goals
  • Run continuous testing (A/B, multivariate) to improve visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
  • Maintain analytics infrastructure (tagging, tracking, reporting) to monitor funnel performance
  • Ensure seamless integration of the website with the marketing ops stack (CRM, automation, ABM platforms)
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, 6Sense, etc.) for accurate data and efficient execution
  • Implement and refine lead scoring, routing, and nurture processes to maximize sales alignment
  • Monitor funnel health, diagnose conversion bottlenecks, and drive solutions that improve efficiency and velocity

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth marketing or demand gen at a B2B SaaS or AI company, with prior people management experience
  • Deep experience with enterprise sales cycles and how to influence them through demand generation
  • Mastery of HubSpot (marketing automation and CRM), leading ABM platforms (6Sense, etc), and marketing analytics
  • Proven track record of partnering with Sales to deliver high-quality pipeline and accelerate deal cycles
  • Strong analytical and martech skills with comfort managing data, reporting, and marketing operations
  • Ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced startup environment
