About the role
- Inbound Activation & Closing Engage with self-serve trialers who show intent but arent converting Deliver consultative demos and guide them to the right plans or use cases Reduce time-to-close and improve conversion rates through proactive follow-up
- Outbound Prospecting Identify and research mid-market targets that match our ICP Write and send targeted outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn) Drive discovery conversations that highlight product value early
- Reactivation & Expansion Reconnect with closed/lost or inactive trial accounts Identify expansion opportunities within recently converted users Help revive accounts that churned but have reactivated interest
- Contribute to Sales Infrastructure Log activity and pipeline details in HubSpot Help refine sales messaging, outbound cadences, and qualification frameworks Share feedback with product and marketing to improve activation and GTM alignment
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AE or SDR e AE path)
- Are comfortable doing both outbound and closing
- Thrive in early-stage environments with little structure
- Have strong discovery, demo, and follow-up skills
- Work with energy, urgency, and a sports-team mentality
- Are results-driven, accountable, and constantly looking to improve
- Use your tools (HubSpot, ChatGPT, email, calendar) without handholding
- Collaborate well with peers, founders, and other departments
