About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives serving Fortune 500 and strategic accounts
  • Drive revenue growth ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales strategies aligned to Go-To-Market strategy
  • Own full sales leadership lifecycle: hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, and talent development
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management; conduct weekly pipeline reviews to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Liaise with Legal, InfoSec, Finance, and Support to facilitate deal closure and remove obstacles
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Teams on strategic initiatives and sales workshops
  • Monitor and analyze team statistics and KPIs; manage day-to-day team needs and ensure policy adherence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • SaaS sales background preferred with deep understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • Expert-level proficiency in closing, negotiating, prospecting, discovery, and rapport building
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales skills in others
  • Proven success establishing and fostering strong relationships with partners and customers at executive levels
  • Data-driven approach to sales strategy development, pipeline management, and performance optimization
  • Results-driven leadership, extreme ownership, and consistent quota over-achievement
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, InfoSec, Finance, Support, and Sales Development
  • Comfortable thriving in a collaborative 4-day in-office hybrid environment
