Vision: enable all security teams, to perform security operations with the efficiency and effectiveness needed to prevent breaches.
Product automates the triage for any security alert leveraging deep research, big data and dozens of AI Agents.
Role: Own storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Radiant’s platform; bridge between product, sales, and marketing; build content for CISOs and SOC managers; drive launches.
Work across strategy and execution: messaging frameworks, enablement assets, go-to-market stages; impact pipeline, customer engagement, and market momentum.
Responsibilities include defining positioning, leading go-to-market, developing sales enablement, creating technical content, supporting pipeline generation, and being market expert.
Hiring process: Recruiter screening + Hiring Manager interview, Take Home Assessment, Virtual Onsite (Executive + Cultural interviews).
Requirements
5+ years in product marketing for B2B Tech SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
Strong technical aptitude - you can quickly understand and explain complex security concepts.
Proven success leading Product Marketing and building impactful enablement content.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
A strategic thinker who’s also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute.
