• We’re a Bay Area Cyber AI startup (with support for working remotely). We’ve raised funding from top tier investors.
• Vision: enable all security teams, to perform security operations with the efficiency and effectiveness needed to prevent breaches.
• Product automates the triage for any security alert leveraging deep research, big data and dozens of AI Agents.
• Role: Own storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Radiant’s platform; bridge between product, sales, and marketing; build content for CISOs and SOC managers; drive launches.
• Work across strategy and execution: messaging frameworks, enablement assets, go-to-market stages; impact pipeline, customer engagement, and market momentum.
• Responsibilities include defining positioning, leading go-to-market, developing sales enablement, creating technical content, supporting pipeline generation, and being market expert.
• Hiring process: Recruiter screening + Hiring Manager interview, Take Home Assessment, Virtual Onsite (Executive + Cultural interviews).
