About the role

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for DRPS (as-a-service) and CTI (product) offerings in the U.S.
  • Build and optimize sales processes to support both transactional and consultative enterprise sales motions.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to AEs; manage pipelines, deals, and forecasts with discipline.
  • Team Management: Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and data-driven performance.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor team progress, and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Revenue & Market Growth: Own bookings targets and drive consistent overachievement.
  • Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities in targeted verticals (e.g., financial, retail, healthcare, government).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging and support pipeline growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and prospects as an executive sponsor in complex deals.
  • Understand client needs deeply and position our solutions to solve real-world security problems.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with the GM and Product teams to provide field feedback on product direction.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between direct sales and channel/partner strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or director role.
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales teams within mid-size or high-growth B2B tech companies.
  • Experience selling cyber threat intelligence , DRP/DRPS , threat detection , or SaaS-based security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. cybersecurity market and enterprise buying centers.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other similar tools.
