Sales Development Rep

• Keep the CRM clean and current so nothing falls through the cracks

• Assist with support desk tickets when necessary, regardless of complexity, to maintain SLA compliance.

Engineer

• Own and resolve complex support tickets as part of your daily work alongside the engineering team
• Take ownership of high-impact, high-urgency escalations that lack a clear path to resolution
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers across the service delivery team
• Identify recurring incidents and support trends; recommend solutions through better documentation, automation, or platform changes
• Partner with the Support Manager to optimize workflows and implement more efficient, scalable service delivery processes
• Lead problem management initiatives by identifying root causes and contributing to long-term fixes for widespread issues
• Act as a key stakeholder during security incidents, working with internal engineers and external partners to investigate, remediate, and communicate effectively with clients
• Take the lead on defining and implementing technical standards and continuous improvement efforts across our service delivery operations, ensuring our engineering team is operating at its best
• Participate in post-incident reviews, coaching engineers and identifying opportunities to improve tooling and knowledge base resources
• Provide input into service delivery KPIs, help improve resolution time, response time, and customer satisfaction

Lead Service Delivery Engineer

• Provide multi-tiered technical support, including troubleshooting of client, server, and stand-alone applications.
• Resolve issues related to LANs, WANs, and internet connectivity.
• Handle hardware and software problems, particularly in conjunction with Office 365.
• Utilize knowledge bases and technical tools for diagnosing and repairing client issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair system problems efficiently.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, server hardware, network hardware, and software.
• Implement actions to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to change management protocols.
• Escalate issues with senior team members or management which you believe may be a security risk.
• Document all issues, activities, and special requests in the ticketing system.
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation, including SOPs, knowledge bases, environment information, etc.
• Facilitate and maintain relationships between company stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure a high client satisfaction rate through excellent service delivery.
• Travel to client locations to provide in-person support as needed, and for regularly scheduled times for staff agreements.
• Conduct regular audits of physical assets to ensure accuracy of inventory. Update and maintain a comprehensive list of assets, including their status, location, and users.
